Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from LOMINE must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of stains, odors, or any damage that would prevent resale. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and included accessories, within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
For both returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at help@lomine.com with your order number, and we will respond promptly.
Important for international customers: If you are outside the EU and unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us at help@lomine.com before ordering to avoid size issues upon delivery.
Monthly Drops Policy
This policy applies only to our monthly drops (not our basic tracksuits).

All sales are final. No returns or cancellations.

Our drops are limited edition—once they sell out, they will not be restocked.

If a package is returned to us, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
This policy ensures we can continue to operate with exclusive, one-time releases for our community.
